Acts 14:5-10
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 14
5And when an attempt was made by both the Gentiles and the Jews with their rulers, to treat them abusively and to stone them, 6they became aware of it and fled to the cities of Lycaonia, Lystra and Derbe, and the surrounding region; 7and there they continued to preach the gospel.
8In Lystra a man was sitting whose feet were incapacitated. He had been disabled from his mother’s womb, and had never walked.
9This man was listening to Paul as he spoke. Paul looked at him intently and saw that he had faith to be made well,
10and he said with a loud voice, 'Stand upright on your feet!' And the man leaped up and began to walk.

Chapter 14
5And when there was an assault made both of the Gentiles, and also of the Jews with their rulers, to use them despitefully, and to stone them, 6They were ware of it, and fled unto Lystra and Derbe, cities of Lycaonia, and unto the region that lieth round about: 7And there they preached the gospel.
8And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother's womb, who never had walked:
9The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed,
10Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked.

Chapter 14
5When an attempt was made by both the Gentiles and Jews, with their rulers, to mistreat and stone them, 6they found out about it and fled to the Lycaonian towns of Lystra and Derbe and to the surrounding countryside. 7There they continued preaching the gospel.
8In Lystra a man was sitting who was without strength in his feet, had never walked, and had been lame from birth.
9He listened as Paul spoke. After looking directly at him and seeing that he had faith to be healed,
10Paul said in a loud voice, "Stand up on your feet! " And he jumped up and began to walk around.

Chapter 14
5Then a mob of Gentiles and Jews, along with their leaders, decided to attack and stone them. 6When the apostles learned of it, they fled to the region of Lycaonia — to the towns of Lystra and Derbe and the surrounding area. 7And there they preached the Good News.
8While they were at Lystra, Paul and Barnabas came upon a man with crippled feet. He had been that way from birth, so he had never walked. He was sitting
9and listening as Paul preached. Looking straight at him, Paul realized he had faith to be healed.
10So Paul called to him in a loud voice, 'Stand up!' And the man jumped to his feet and started walking.
