Chapter 22
5And have them hand it over to the workmen who have the oversight of the house of the Lord, and have them give it to the workmen who are in the house of the Lord to repair the damage to the house: 6to the carpenters, the builders, the masons, and for buying timber and cut stone to repair the house. 7However, no accounting shall be made with them for the money handed over to them, because they deal honestly.'King James Version

5It is to be given to those doing the work--those who oversee the Lord's temple. 5Entrust this money to the men assigned to supervise the restoration of the Lord’s Temple. Then they can use it to pay workers to repair the Temple. 6They will need to hire carpenters, builders, and masons. Also have them buy the timber and the finished stone needed to repair the Temple. 7But don’t require the construction supervisors to keep account of the money they receive, for they are honest and trustworthy men.'English Standard Version
