New American Standard Bible

19
Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah, 'The word of the
Lord
which you have spoken is good.' For he thought, 'Is it not
good,
if there will be peace and security in my days?'
20
Now the rest of the acts of Hezekiah and all his might, and how he constructed the pool and the conduit and brought water into the city, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah?
King James Version
Chapter 20
19
Then said Hezekiah unto Isaiah, Good is the word of the
Lord
which thou hast spoken. And he said, Is it not good, if peace and truth be in my days?
20
And the rest of the acts of Hezekiah, and all his might, and how he made a pool, and a conduit, and brought water into the city, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?
Christian Standard Bible
Chapter 20
19
Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah, "The word of the
Lord
that you have spoken is good," for he thought: Why not, if there will be peace and security during my lifetime?
20
The rest of the events of Hezekiah’s reign, along with all his might and how he made the pool and the tunnel and brought water into the city, are written in the Historical Record of Judah’s Kings.
New Living Translation
Chapter 20
19
Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah, 'This message you have given me from the
Lord
is good.' For the king was thinking, 'At least there will be peace and security during my lifetime.'
20
The rest of the events in Hezekiah’s reign, including the extent of his power and how he built a pool and dug a tunnel to bring water into the city, are recorded in
The Book of the History of the Kings of Judah.
English Standard Version
Chapter 20
19
Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah, "The word of the
Lord
that you have spoken is good." For he thought, "Why not, if there will be peace and security in my days?"
20
The rest of the deeds of Hezekiah and all his might and how he made the pool and the conduit and brought water into the city, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah?
New International Version
Chapter 20
19
"The word of the
Lord
you have spoken is good," Hezekiah replied. For he thought, "Will there not be peace and security in my lifetime?"
20
As for the other events of Hezekiah’s reign, all his achievements and how he made the pool and the tunnel by which he brought water into the city, are they not written in the book of the annals of the kings of Judah?
New King James Version
Chapter 20
19
So Hezekiah said to Isaiah, “The word of the
Lord
which you have spoken
is
good!” For he said, “Will there not be peace and truth at least in my days?”

Now the rest of the acts of Hezekiah—all his might, and how he made a pool and a tunnel and brought water into the city—
are
they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?
