Chapter 9
12So Hiram went out from Tyre to look over the towns that Solomon had given him, but he was not pleased with them. 13So he said, "What are these towns you've given me, my brother? " So he called them the Land of Cabul, as they are still called today. 14Now Hiram had sent the king nine thousand pounds of gold.New Living Translation

12But when Hiram came from Tyre to see the towns Solomon had given him, he was not at all pleased with them. 13What kind of towns are these, my brother?' he asked. So Hiram called that area Cabul (which means 'worthless'), as it is still known today. 14Nevertheless, Hiram paid Solomon 9,000 pounds of gold.English Standard Version
