Now she had written in the letters, saying, 'Proclaim a fast and seat Naboth at the head of the people;

and seat two worthless men opposite him, and have them testify against him, saying, ‘You cursed God and the king.’ Then take him out and stone him to death.'

And she wrote in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people:

And set two men, sons of Belial, before him, to bear witness against him, saying, Thou didst blaspheme God and the king. And then carry him out, and stone him, that he may die.

In the letters, she wrote: Proclaim a fast and seat Naboth at the head of the people.

Then seat two wicked men opposite him and have them testify against him, saying, "You have cursed God and the king!" Then take him out and stone him to death.

In her letters she commanded: 'Call the citizens together for a time of fasting, and give Naboth a place of honor.

And then seat two scoundrels across from him who will accuse him of cursing God and the king. Then take him out and stone him to death.'

In those letters she wrote: "Proclaim a day of fasting and seat Naboth in a prominent place among the people.

But seat two scoundrels opposite him and have them bring charges that he has cursed both God and the king. Then take him out and stone him to death."
