Chapter 20

21The king of Israel also went out and struck the horses and chariots, and killed the Arameans in a great slaughter.
22Then the prophet approached the king of Israel and said to him, 'Go, show yourself courageous and be aware and see what you have to do; for at the turn of the year the king of Aram will march against you.'

21And the king of Israel went out, and smote the horses and chariots, and slew the Syrians with a great slaughter. 22And the prophet came to the king of Israel, and said unto him, Go, strengthen thyself, and mark, and see what thou doest: for at the return of the year the king of Syria will come up against thee.

Chapter 20

21Then the king of Israel marched out and attacked the cavalry and the chariots. He inflicted a severe slaughter on Aram.
22The prophet approached the king of Israel and said to him, "Go and strengthen yourself, then consider carefully what you should do, for in the spring the king of Aram will attack you."
