Chapter 17
4And it shall be that you will drink from the brook, and I have commanded the ravens to provide food for you there.' 5So he went and did everything according to the word of the Lord, for he went and lived by the brook Cherith, which is east of the Jordan. 6And the ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning and bread and meat in the evening, and he would drink from the brook. 7But it happened after a while that the brook dried up, because there was no rain in the land.King James Version

4And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there. 5So he went and did according unto the word of the LORD: for he went and dwelt by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan. 6And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook. 7And it came to pass after a while, that the brook dried up, because there had been no rain in the land.Christian Standard Bible
5So he proceeded to do what the Lord commanded. Elijah left and lived at the Wadi Cherith where it enters the Jordan.
6The ravens kept bringing him bread and meat in the morning and in the evening, and he would drink from the wadi.
7After a while, the wadi dried up because there had been no rain in the land.
