Numbers 22:30
ESV And the donkey said to Balaam, “Am I not your donkey, on which you have ridden all your life long to this day? Is it my habit to treat you this way?” And he said, “No.”
NIV The donkey said to Balaam, 'Am I not your own donkey, which you have always ridden, to this day? Have I been in the habit of doing this to you?' 'No,' he said.
NASB But the donkey said to Balaam, 'Am I not your donkey on which you have ridden all your life to this day? Have I ever been in the habit of doing such a thing to you?' And he said, 'No.'
CSB But the donkey said, "Am I not the donkey you've ridden all your life until today? Have I ever treated you this way before? ""No," he replied.
NLT But I am the same donkey you have ridden all your life,' the donkey answered. 'Have I ever done anything like this before?' 'No,' Balaam admitted.
KJV And the ass said unto Balaam, Am not I thine ass, upon which thou hast ridden ever since I was thine unto this day? was I ever wont to do so unto thee? And he said, Nay.
