2 Chronicles 25:4
ESV But he did not put their children to death, according to what is written in the Law, in the Book of Moses, where the LORD commanded, “Fathers shall not die because of their children, nor children die because of their fathers, but each one shall die for his own sin.”
NIV Yet he did not put their children to death, but acted in accordance with what is written in the Law, in the Book of Moses, where the LORD commanded: 'Parents shall not be put to death for their children, nor children be put to death for their parents; each will die for their own sin.'
NASB However, he did not put their children to death, but did as it is written in the Law in the Book of Moses, which the Lord commanded, saying, 'Fathers shall not be put to death for sons, nor sons be put to death for fathers; but each shall be put to death for his own sin.'
