What does Jeremiah 38:28 mean?
ESV: And Jeremiah remained in the court of the guard until the day that Jerusalem was taken.
NIV: And Jeremiah remained in the courtyard of the guard until the day Jerusalem was captured. This is how Jerusalem was taken:
NASB: So Jeremiah stayed in the courtyard of the guard until the day that Jerusalem was captured.
