What does Jeremiah 11:5 mean?
ESV: that I may confirm the oath that I swore to your fathers, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey, as at this day." Then I answered, "So be it, Lord."
NIV: Then I will fulfill the oath I swore to your ancestors, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey’—the land you possess today." I answered, "Amen, Lord."
