What does Habakkuk 1:7 mean?
ESV: They are dreaded and fearsome; their justice and dignity go forth from themselves.
NIV: They are a feared and dreaded people; they are a law to themselves and promote their own honor.
NASB: They are terrifying and feared; Their justice and authority originate with themselves.
