Zechariah 2:2-6
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 2
2
So I said, 'Where are you going?' And he said to me, 'To measure Jerusalem, to see how wide it is and how long it is.'
3
And behold, the angel who had been speaking with me was going out, and another angel was going out to meet him.
4
And he said to him, 'Run, speak to that young man there, saying, ‘Jerusalem will be inhabited as open country because of the multitude of people and cattle within it.
5
But I,’ declares the
Lord
, ‘will be a wall of fire to her on all sides, and I will be the glory in her midst.’?'
6
You there! Flee from the land of the north,' declares the
Lord
, 'because I have spread you out like the four winds of the heavens,' declares the
Lord
.
King James Version
Chapter 2
2
Then said I, Whither goest thou? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the length thereof.
3
And, behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another angel went out to meet him,
4
And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein:
5
For I, saith the
Lord
, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.
6
Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the
Lord
: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the
Lord
.
Christian Standard Bible

Chapter 2
2
Where are you going?' I asked. He replied, 'I am going to measure Jerusalem, to see how wide and how long it is.'
3
Then the angel who was with me went to meet a second angel who was coming toward him.
4
The other angel said, 'Hurry, and say to that young man, ‘Jerusalem will someday be so full of people and livestock that there won’t be room enough for everyone! Many will live outside the city walls.
5
Then I, myself, will be a protective wall of fire around Jerusalem, says the
Lord
. And I will be the glory inside the city!’'
6
The
Lord
says, 'Come away! Flee from Babylon in the land of the north, for I have scattered you to the four winds.
