King James Version
Chapter 10
3For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. 4For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. 5For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. 6But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)Christian Standard Bible
Chapter 10
3Since they are ignorant of the righteousness of God and attempted to establish their own righteousness, they have not submitted to God's righteousness. 4For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes, 5since Moses writes about the righteousness that is from the law: The one who does these things will live by them. 6But the righteousness that comes from faith speaks like this: Do not say in your heart, "Who will go up to heaven? " that is, to bring Christ downNew Living Translation
Chapter 10
3For they don’t understand God’s way of making people right with himself. Refusing to accept God’s way, they cling to their own way of getting right with God by trying to keep the law. 4For Christ has already accomplished the purpose for which the law was given. As a result, all who believe in him are made right with God.English Standard Version
