Chapter 2

25Nevertheless what you have, hold firmly until I come. 26The one who overcomes, and the one who keeps My deeds until the end, I will give him authority over the nations; 27AND HE SHALL RULE THEM WITH A ROD OF IRON, AS THE VESSELS OF THE POTTER ARE SHATTERED, as I also have received authority from My Father; 28and I will give him the morning star.

25But that which ye have already hold fast till I come. 26And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: 27And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
28And I will give him the morning star.

25Only hold on to what you have until I come. 26The one who conquers and who keeps my works to the end: I will give him authority over the nations—
27 and he will rule them with an iron scepter; he will shatter them like pottery —

26To all who are victorious, who obey me to the very end, To them I will give authority over all the nations. 27They will rule the nations with an iron rod and smash them like clay pots.
