Chapter 29

38and one male goat as a sin offering, besides the continual burnt offering and its grain offering, and its drink offering.
39‘You shall present these to the Lord at your appointed times, besides your vowed offerings and your voluntary offerings, for your burnt offerings, your grain offerings, your drink offerings, and for your peace offerings.’?' 40And Moses spoke to the sons of Israel in accordance with everything that the Lord had commanded Moses.

38And one goat for a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and his meat offering, and his drink offering. 39These things ye shall do unto the LORD in your set feasts, beside your vows, and your freewill offerings, for your burnt offerings, and for your meat offerings, and for your drink offerings, and for your peace offerings. 40And Moses told the children of Israel according to all that the LORD commanded Moses.

39You must present these offerings to the Lord at your annual festivals. These are in addition to the sacrifices and offerings you present in connection with vows, or as voluntary offerings, burnt offerings, grain offerings, liquid offerings, or peace offerings.'
40So Moses gave all of these instructions to the people of Israel as the Lord had commanded him.
