Chapter 28
20For their grain offering, you shall offer fine flour mixed with oil: three-tenths of an ephah for a bull, and two-tenths for the ram. 21A tenth of an ephah you shall offer for each of the seven lambs; 22and one male goat as a sin offering to make atonement for you. 23You shall present these besides the burnt offering of the morning, which is for a continual burnt offering. 24In this way you shall present daily, for seven days, the food of the offering by fire, of a soothing aroma to the Lord; it shall be presented with its drink offering in addition to the continual burnt offering. 25On the seventh day you shall have a holy assembly; you shall do no laborious work.King James Version

20The grain offering with them is to be of fine flour mixed with oil; offer six quarts with each bull and four quarts with the ram. 21Offer two quarts with each of the seven lambs 22and one male goat for a sin offering to make atonement for yourselves. 23Offer these with the morning burnt offering that is part of the regular burnt offering. 24You are to offer the same food each day for seven days as a fire offering, a pleasing aroma to the Lord. It is to be offered with its drink offering and the regular burnt offering. 25On the seventh day you are to hold a sacred assembly; you are not to do any daily work.New Living Translation

20These will be accompanied by grain offerings of choice flour moistened with olive oil — six quarts with each bull, four quarts with the ram, 21and two quarts with each of the seven lambs. 22You must also offer a male goat as a sin offering to purify yourselves and make yourselves right with the Lord. 23Present these offerings in addition to your regular morning burnt offering. 24On each of the seven days of the festival, this is how you must prepare the food offering that is presented as a special gift, a pleasing aroma to the Lord. These will be offered in addition to the regular burnt offerings and liquid offerings. 25The seventh day of the festival will be another official day for holy assembly, and no ordinary work may be done on that day.English Standard Version
