The people then cried out to Moses; and Moses prayed to the

, and the fire died out.

So that place was named Taberah, because the fire of the

burned among them.

Now the rabble who were among them had greedy cravings; and the sons of Israel also wept again and said, 'Who will give us meat to eat?

And the people cried unto Moses; and when Moses prayed unto the LORD, the fire was quenched.

And he called the name of the place Taberah: because the fire of the LORD burnt among them.

And the mixt multitude that
was
among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?

Then the people cried out to Moses, and he prayed to the Lord, and the fire died down.

So that place was named Taberah, because the Lord's fire had blazed among them.

The riffraff among them had a strong craving for other food. The Israelites wept again and said, "Who will feed us meat?

After that, the area was known as Taberah (which means 'the place of burning'), because fire from the

had burned among them there.

Then the foreign rabble who were traveling with the Israelites began to crave the good things of Egypt. And the people of Israel also began to complain. 'Oh, for some meat!' they exclaimed.
