Numbers 10:30-36
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 10
30But he said to him, 'I will not come, but rather will go to my own land and relatives.' 31Then he said, 'Please do not leave us, since you know where we should camp in the wilderness, and you will be as eyes for us. 32So it will be, if you go with us, that whatever good the Lord does for us, we will do for you.'King James Version
Chapter 10
30And he said unto him, I will not go; but I will depart to mine own land, and to my kindred. 31And he said, Leave us not, I pray thee; forasmuch as thou knowest how we are to encamp in the wilderness, and thou mayest be to us instead of eyes. 32And it shall be, if thou go with us, yea, it shall be, that what goodness the LORD shall do unto us, the same will we do unto thee. 33And they departed from the mount of the LORD three days' journey: and the ark of the covenant of the LORD went before them in the three days' journey, to search out a resting place for them. 34And the cloud of the LORD was upon them by day, when they went out of the camp. 35And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, LORD, and let thine enemies be scattered; and let them that hate thee flee before thee. 36And when it rested, he said, Return, O LORD, unto the many thousands of Israel.Christian Standard Bible
Chapter 10
30But he replied to him, "I don't want to go. Instead, I will go to my own land and my relatives."
31"Please don't leave us," Moses said, "since you know where we should camp in the wilderness, and you can serve as our eyes.
32If you come with us, whatever good the Lord does for us we will do for you."
New Living Translation
31Please don’t leave us,' Moses pleaded. 'You know the places in the wilderness where we should camp. Come, be our guide.
32If you do, we’ll share with you all the blessings the Lord gives us.'
33They marched for three days after leaving the mountain of the Lord, with the Ark of the Lord’s Covenant moving ahead of them to show them where to stop and rest.
34As they moved on each day, the cloud of the Lord hovered over them.
35And whenever the Ark set out, Moses would shout, 'Arise, O Lord, and let your enemies be scattered! Let them flee before you!'
36And when the Ark was set down, he would say, 'Return, O Lord, to the countless thousands of Israel!'

Chapter 10
30And he said to him, “I will not go, but I will depart to my own land and to my relatives.”
31So Moses said, “Please do not leave, inasmuch as you know how we are to camp in the wilderness, and you can be our eyes.
32And it shall be, if you go with us—indeed it shall be—that whatever good the Lord will do to us, the same we will do to you.”
