Nehemiah 11:20-23

Chapter 11
20The rest of Israel, of the priests and of the Levites, were in all the cities of Judah, each on his own inheritance. 21But the temple servants were living in Ophel, and Ziha and Gishpa were in charge of the temple servants.
22Now the overseer of the Levites in Jerusalem was Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Mica, from the sons of Asaph, who were the singers for the service of the house of God.
23For there was a commandment from the king concerning them and a royal command for the singers day by day.

20And the residue of Israel, of the priests, and the Levites, were in all the cities of Judah, every one in his inheritance. 21But the Nethinims dwelt in Ophel: and Ziha and Gispa were over the Nethinims. 22The overseer also of the Levites at Jerusalem was Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Micha. Of the sons of Asaph, the singers were over the business of the house of God. 23For it was the king's commandment concerning them, that a certain portion should be for the singers, due for every day.Christian Standard Bible

20The rest of Israel, the priests, and the Levites were in all the villages of Judah, each on his own inherited property. 21The temple servants lived on Ophel; Ziha and Gishpa supervised the temple servants.
22The leader of the Levites in Jerusalem was Uzzi son of Bani, son of Hashabiah, son of Mattaniah, son of Mica, of the descendants of Asaph, who were singers for the service of God's house.
23There was, in fact, a command of the king regarding them, and an ordinance regulating the singers' daily tasks.

23For there was a command from the king concerning them, and a fixed provision for the singers, as every day required.

22The chief officer of the Levites in Jerusalem was Uzzi son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Mika. Uzzi was one of Asaph's descendants, who were the musicians responsible for the service of the house of God.
23The musicians were under the king's orders, which regulated their daily activity.
