Chapter 7
15'As in the days when you went out from the land of Egypt, I will show you miracles.' 16Nations will see and be ashamed Of all their might. They will put their hand on their mouth, Their ears will be deaf. 17They will lick up dust like a snake, Like reptiles of the earth. They will come trembling out of their fortresses; To the Lord our God they will come in trepidation, And they will be afraid of You.King James Version
Chapter 7
15According to the days of thy coming out of the land of Egypt will I shew unto him marvellous things. 16The nations shall see and be confounded at all their might: they shall lay their hand upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf. 17They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of thee.Christian Standard Bible
New Living Translation
16All the nations of the world will stand amazed at what the Lord will do for you. They will be embarrassed at their feeble power. They will cover their mouths in silent awe, deaf to everything around them.
17Like snakes crawling from their holes, they will come out to meet the Lord our God. They will fear him greatly, trembling in terror at his presence.
