Chapter 8
3Jesus reached out with His hand and touched him, saying, 'I am willing; be cleansed.' And immediately his leprosy was cleansed. 4And Jesus *said to him, 'See that you tell no one; but go, show yourself to the priest and present the offering that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.'
5And when Jesus entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, begging Him,
6and saying, 'Lord, my servant is lying paralyzed at home, terribly tormented.'
7Jesus *said to him, 'I will come and heal him.'
8But the centurion replied, 'Lord, I am not worthy for You to come under my roof, but just say the word, and my servant will be healed.

3And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed. 4And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
5And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,
6And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.
7And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.
8The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

3Jesus reached out and touched him. 'I am willing,' he said. 'Be healed!' And instantly the leprosy disappeared. 4Then Jesus said to him, 'Don’t tell anyone about this. Instead, go to the priest and let him examine you. Take along the offering required in the law of Moses for those who have been healed of leprosy. This will be a public testimony that you have been cleansed.'English Standard Version

7And he said to him, “I will come and heal him.”
8But the centurion replied, “Lord, I am not worthy to have you come under my roof, but only say the word, and my servant will be healed.
