Chapter 1

37 and they found Him and *said to Him, 'Everyone is looking for You.' 38 He *said to them, 'Let’s go somewhere else to the towns nearby, so that I may alsopreach there; for this is why I came.' 39 And He went into their synagogues preaching throughout Galilee, and casting out the demons.

Chapter 1

37 And when they had found him, they said unto him, All men seek for thee. 38 And he said unto them, Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also: for therefore came I forth. 39 And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils.

37 and when they found him they said, "Everyone is looking for you."

38 And he said to them, "Let's go on to the neighboring villages so that I may preach there too. This is why I have come."

39 He went into all of Galilee, preaching in their synagogues and driving out demons.

37 When they found him, they said, 'Everyone is looking for you.'

38 But Jesus replied, 'We must go on to other towns as well, and I will preach to them, too. That is why I came.' 39 So he traveled throughout the region of Galilee, preaching in the synagogues and casting out demons.

37 and they found him and said to him, “Everyone is looking for you.” 38 And he said to them, “Let us go on to the next towns, that I may preach there also, for that is why I came out.” 39 And he went throughout all Galilee, preaching in their synagogues and casting out demons.

37 and when they found him, they exclaimed: 'Everyone is looking for you!'

38 Jesus replied, 'Let us go somewhere else--to the nearby villages--so I can preach there also. That is why I have come.' 39 So he traveled throughout Galilee, preaching in their synagogues and driving out demons.
