Chapter 1
37and they found Him and *said to Him, 'Everyone is looking for You.' 38He *said to them, 'Let’s go somewhere else to the towns nearby, so that I may also preach there; for this is why I came.' 39And He went into their synagogues preaching throughout Galilee, and casting out the demons.
40And a man with leprosy *came to Jesus, imploring Him and kneeling down, and saying to Him, 'If You are willing, You can make me clean.'
41Moved with compassion, Jesus reached out with His hand and touched him, and *said to him, 'I am willing; be cleansed.'
42And immediately the leprosy left him, and he was cleansed.
43And He sternly warned him and immediately sent him away,

39He went into all of Galilee, preaching in their synagogues and driving out demons.
40Then a man with leprosy came to him and, on his knees, begged him: "If you are willing, you can make me clean."
41Moved with compassion, Jesus reached out his hand and touched him. "I am willing," he told him. "Be made clean."
42Immediately the leprosy left him, and he was made clean.
