New American Standard Bible
9‘Now if it is an animal of the kind that one can present as an offering to the Lord, any such animal that one gives to the Lord shall be holy.

King James Version
Chapter 27
8But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him. 9And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy. 10He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.Christian Standard Bible
9"If the vow involves one of the animals that may be brought as an offering to the Lord, any of these he gives to the Lord will be holy.
10He may not replace it or make a substitution for it, either good for bad, or bad for good. But if he does substitute one animal for another, both that animal and its substitute will be holy.
New Living Translation
9If your vow involves giving an animal that is acceptable as an offering to the Lord, any gift to the Lord will be considered holy.
10You may not exchange or substitute it for another animal — neither a good animal for a bad one nor a bad animal for a good one. But if you do exchange one animal for another, then both the original animal and its substitute will be considered holy.
English Standard Version
9“If the vow is an animal that may be offered as an offering to the LORD, all of it that he gives to the LORD is holy.
10He shall not exchange it or make a substitute for it, good for bad, or bad for good; and if he does in fact substitute one animal for another, then both it and the substitute shall be holy.
New International Version
9'If what they vowed is an animal that is acceptable as an offering to the LORD, such an animal given to the LORD becomes holy.
10They must not exchange it or substitute a good one for a bad one, or a bad one for a good one; if they should substitute one animal for another, both it and the substitute become holy.
