Chapter 25

22When you are sowing the eighth year, you can still eat old things from the produce, eating the old until the ninth year when its produce comes in.
23‘The land, moreover, shall not be sold permanently, because the land is Mine; for you are only strangers and residents with Me.

22And ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in ye shall eat of the old store. 23The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.

Chapter 25

22When you sow in the eighth year, you will be eating from the previous harvest. You will be eating this until the ninth year when its harvest comes in.
23"The land is not to be permanently sold because it is mine, and you are only aliens and temporary residents on my land.

Chapter 25

22When you plant your fields in the eighth year, you will still be eating from the large crop of the sixth year. In fact, you will still be eating from that large crop when the new crop is harvested in the ninth year.
23The land must never be sold on a permanent basis, for the land belongs to me. You are only foreigners and tenant farmers working for me.
