Chapter 22
17Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 18Speak to Aaron and to his sons, and to all the sons of Israel, and say to them, ‘Anyone of the house of Israel or of the strangers in Israel who presents his offering, whether it is any of their vows or any of their voluntary offerings, which they present to the Lord as a burnt offering— 19for you to be accepted— it must be a male without defect from the cattle, the sheep, or the goats.King James Version

Chapter 22
17The Lord spoke to Moses: 18"Speak to Aaron, his sons, and all the Israelites and tell them: Any man of the house of Israel or of the resident aliens in Israel who presents his offering--whether they present payment of vows or freewill gifts to the Lord as burnt offerings-- 19must offer an unblemished male from the cattle, sheep, or goats in order for you to be accepted.New Living Translation
Chapter 22
17And the Lord said to Moses,
18Give Aaron and his sons and all the Israelites these instructions, which apply both to native Israelites and to the foreigners living among you. 'If you present a gift as a burnt offering to the Lord, whether it is to fulfill a vow or is a voluntary offering,
19you will be accepted only if your offering is a male animal with no defects. It may be a bull, a ram, or a male goat.
