Chapter 32

25Yet You have said to me, Lord God, 'Buy for yourself the field with money and call in witnesses'—although the city has been handed over to the Chaldeans.’?'
26Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying, 27Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?' 28Therefore this is what the Lord says: 'Behold, I am going to hand this city over to the Chaldeans and to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and he will take it.

26The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah: 27"Look, I am the Lord, the God over every creature. Is anything too difficult for me? 28Therefore, this is what the Lord says: I am about to hand this city over to the Chaldeans, to Babylon’s king Nebuchadnezzar, and he will capture it.

25And yet, O Sovereign Lord, you have told me to buy the field — paying good money for it before these witnesses — even though the city will soon be handed over to the Babylonians.'
26Then this message came to Jeremiah from the Lord: 27I am the Lord, the God of all the peoples of the world. Is anything too hard for me? 28Therefore, this is what the Lord says: I will hand this city over to the Babylonians and to Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, and he will capture it.
