Hosea 5:4-7
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 5
4Their deeds will not allow them To return to their God. For a spirit of infidelity is within them, And they do not know the Lord. 5Moreover, the pride of Israel testifies against him, And Israel and Ephraim stumble in their wrongdoing; Judah also has stumbled with them. 6They will go with their flocks and herds To seek the Lord, but they will not find Him; He has withdrawn from them. 7They have dealt treacherously with the Lord, For they have given birth to illegitimate children. Now the new moon will devour them with their land.King James Version

Chapter 5
4Their actions do not allow them to return to their God, for a spirit of promiscuity is among them, and they do not know the Lord. 5Israel’s arrogance testifies against them. Both Israel and Ephraim stumble because of their iniquity; even Judah will stumble with them. 6They go with their flocks and herds to seek the Lord but do not find him; he has withdrawn from them.New Living Translation
5'The arrogance of Israel testifies against her; Israel and Ephraim will stumble under their load of guilt. Judah, too, will fall with them.
6When they come with their flocks and herds to offer sacrifices to the Lord, they will not find him, because he has withdrawn from them.
7They have betrayed the honor of the Lord, bearing children that are not his. Now their false religion will devour them along with their wealth.
