Chapter 7
8Now the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying, 9When Pharaoh speaks to you, saying, ‘ Work a miracle,’ then you shall say to Aaron, ‘Take your staff and throw it down before Pharaoh, so that it may turn into a serpent.’?' 10So Moses and Aaron came to Pharaoh, and so they did, just as the Lord had commanded; and Aaron threw his staff down before Pharaoh and his servants, and it turned into a serpent. 11Then Pharaoh also called for the wise men and the sorcerers, and they too, the soothsayer priests of Egypt, did the same with their secret arts. 12For each one threw down his staff, and they turned into serpents. But Aaron’s staff swallowed their staffs. 13Yet Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, and he did not listen to them, just as the Lord had said.King James Version
Chapter 7
8And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, 9When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a miracle for you: then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, and it shall become a serpent. 10And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent. 11Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments. 12For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron's rod swallowed up their rods. 13And he hardened Pharaoh's heart, that he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.Christian Standard Bible

8The Lord said to Moses and Aaron, 9"When Pharaoh tells you, 'Perform a miracle,' tell Aaron, 'Take your staff and throw it down before Pharaoh. It will become a serpent.' " 10So Moses and Aaron went in to Pharaoh and did just as the Lord had commanded. Aaron threw down his staff before Pharaoh and his officials, and it became a serpent. 11But then Pharaoh called the wise men and sorcerers--the magicians of Egypt, and they also did the same thing by their occult practices. 12Each one threw down his staff, and it became a serpent. But Aaron's staff swallowed their staffs. 13However, Pharaoh's heart was hard, and he did not listen to them, as the Lord had said.New Living Translation
Chapter 7
8Then the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, 9Pharaoh will demand, ‘Show me a miracle.’ When he does this, say to Aaron, ‘Take your staff and throw it down in front of Pharaoh, and it will become a serpent. ’'
10So Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and did what the Lord had commanded them. Aaron threw down his staff before Pharaoh and his officials, and it became a serpent!
11Then Pharaoh called in his own wise men and sorcerers, and these Egyptian magicians did the same thing with their magic.
12They threw down their staffs, which also became serpents! But then Aaron’s staff swallowed up their staffs.
13Pharaoh’s heart, however, remained hard. He still refused to listen, just as the Lord had predicted.
