Chapter 36

5and they said to Moses, 'The people are bringing much more than enough for the construction work which the Lord commanded us to perform.' 6So Moses issued a command, and circulated a proclamation throughout the camp, saying, 'No man or woman is to perform work any longer for the contributions of the sanctuary.' So the people were restrained from bringing any more.

5And they spake unto Moses, saying, The people bring much more than enough for the service of the work, which the Lord commanded to make.
6And Moses gave commandment, and they caused it to be proclaimed throughout the camp, saying, Let neither man nor woman make any more work for the offering of the sanctuary. So the people were restrained from bringing.

6After Moses gave an order, they sent a proclamation throughout the camp: "Let no man or woman make anything else as an offering for the sanctuary." So the people stopped.

5They went to Moses and reported, 'The people have given more than enough materials to complete the job the Lord has commanded us to do!'
6So Moses gave the command, and this message was sent throughout the camp: 'Men and women, don’t prepare any more gifts for the sanctuary. We have enough!' So the people stopped bringing their sacred offerings.
