New American Standard Bible
Chapter 1
9He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He set forth in Him, 10regarding His plan of the fullness of the times, to bring all things together in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. 11In Him we also have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things in accordance with the plan of His will, 12to the end that we who were the first to hope in the Christ would be to the praise of His glory.King James Version
Chapter 1
9Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: 10That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: 11In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: 12That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.Christian Standard Bible
New Living Translation
Chapter 1
9God has now revealed to us his mysterious will regarding Christ — which is to fulfill his own good plan. 10And this is the plan: At the right time he will bring everything together under the authority of Christ — everything in heaven and on earth. 11Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan.English Standard Version
