Chapter 33

23Of Naphtali he said, 'Naphtali, satisfied with favor, And full of the blessing of the Lord, Take possession of the sea and the south.'
24Of Asher he said, 'More blessed than sons is Asher; May he be favored by his brothers, And may he dip his foot in olive oil.
25Your bars will be iron and bronze, And as your days, so will your strength be. 26'There is no one like the God of Jeshurun, Who rides the heavens to your help, And the clouds in His majesty. 27The eternal God is a hiding place, And underneath are the everlasting arms; And He drove out the enemy from you, And said, ‘Destroy!’ 28So Israel lives in security, The fountain of Jacob secluded, In a land of grain and new wine; His heavens also drip down dew.

Chapter 33

23And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the Lord: possess thou the west and the south. 24And of Asher he said, Let Asher be blessed with children; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil.
25Thy shoes shall be iron and brass; and as thy days, so shall thy strength be. 26There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.
27The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.
28Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob shall be upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.

Chapter 33

23He said about Naphtali: Naphtali, enjoying approval, full of the Lord’s blessing, take possession to the west and the south.
24He said about Asher: May Asher be the most blessed of the sons; may he be the most favored among his brothers and dip his foot in olive oil.
25May the bolts of your gate be iron and bronze, and your strength last as long as you live. 26There is none like the God of Jeshurun, who rides the heavens to your aid, the clouds in his majesty. 27The God of old is your dwelling place, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He drives out the enemy before you and commands, "Destroy!" 28So Israel dwells securely; Jacob lives untroubled in a land of grain and new wine; even his skies drip with dew.

Chapter 33

23Moses said this about the tribe of Naphtali: 'O Naphtali, you are rich in favor and full of the Lord’s blessings; may you possess the west and the south.'
24Moses said this about the tribe of Asher: 'May Asher be blessed above other sons; may he be esteemed by his brothers; may he bathe his feet in olive oil. 25May the bolts of your gates be of iron and bronze; may you be secure all your days.'
26'There is no one like the God of Israel. He rides across the heavens to help you, across the skies in majestic splendor. 27The eternal God is your refuge, and his everlasting arms are under you. He drives out the enemy before you; he cries out, ‘Destroy them!’ 28So Israel will live in safety, prosperous Jacob in security, in a land of grain and new wine, while the heavens drop down dew.

23And of Naphtali he said, "O Naphtali, sated with favor, and full of the blessing of the Lord, possess the lake and the south."
24And of Asher he said, "Most blessed of sons be Asher; let him be the favorite of his brothers, and let him dip his foot in oil.

25The bolts of your gates will be iron and bronze, and your strength will equal your days. 26"There is no one like the God of Jeshurun, who rides across the heavens to help you and on the clouds in his majesty. 27The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms.
