Deuteronomy 32:7-13
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 32
7Remember the days of old, Consider the years of all generations. Ask your father and he will inform you, Your elders, and they will tell you. 8When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance, When He separated the sons of mankind, He set the boundaries of the peoples According to the number of the sons of Israel. 9For the Lord’S portion is His people; Jacob is the allotment of His inheritance. 10He found him in a desert land, And in the howling wasteland of a wilderness; He encircled him, He cared for him, He guarded him as the apple of His eye. 11As an eagle stirs up its nest, And hovers over its young, He spread His wings, He caught them, He carried them on His pinions. 12The Lord alone guided him, And there was no foreign god with him. 13He had him ride on the high places of the earth, And he ate the produce of the field; And He had him suck honey from the rock, And oil from the flinty rock,King James Version

Chapter 32
7Remember the days of old; consider the years of past generations. Ask your father, and he will tell you, your elders, and they will teach you. 8When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance and divided the human race, he set the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of the people of Israel.
9But the Lord’s portion is his people, Jacob, his own inheritance.
10He found him in a desolate land, in a barren, howling wilderness; he surrounded him, cared for him, and protected him as the pupil of his eye.
11He watches over his nest like an eagle and hovers over his young; he spreads his wings, catches him, and carries him on his feathers.
12The Lord alone led him, with no help from a foreign god.
13He made him ride on the heights of the land and eat the produce of the field. He nourished him with honey from the rock and oil from flinty rock,

Chapter 32
7Remember the days of long ago; think about the generations past. Ask your father, and he will inform you. Inquire of your elders, and they will tell you. 8When the Most High assigned lands to the nations, when he divided up the human race, he established the boundaries of the peoples according to the number in his heavenly court.
9'For the people of Israel belong to the Lord; Jacob is his special possession.
10He found them in a desert land, in an empty, howling wasteland. He surrounded them and watched over them; he guarded them as he would guard his own eyes.
11Like an eagle that rouses her chicks and hovers over her young, so he spread his wings to take them up and carried them safely on his pinions.
12The Lord alone guided them; they followed no foreign gods.
13He let them ride over the highlands and feast on the crops of the fields. He nourished them with honey from the rock and olive oil from the stony ground.

Chapter 32
7 Remember the days of old; consider the years of many generations; ask your father, and he will show you, your elders, and they will tell you. 8When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance, when he divided mankind, he fixed the borders of the peoples according to the number of the sons of God. 9But the Lord 's portion is his people, Jacob his allotted heritage. 10"He found him in a desert land, and in the howling waste of the wilderness; he encircled him, he cared for him, he kept him as the apple of his eye. 11 Like an eagle that stirs up its nest, that flutters over its young, spreading out its wings, catching them, bearing them on its pinions, 12 the Lord alone guided him, no foreign god was with him. 13 He made him ride on the high places of the land, and he ate the produce of the field, and he suckled him with honey out of the rock, and oil out of the flinty rock.New International Version

9For the Lord’s portion is his people, Jacob his allotted inheritance.
10In a desert land he found him, in a barren and howling waste. He shielded him and cared for him; he guarded him as the apple of his eye,
