Deuteronomy 30:10-12
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 30
10
if you obey the
Lord
your God, to keep His commandments and His statutes which are written in this Book of the Law, if you turn to the
Lord
your God with all your heart and soul.
11
For this commandment which I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it far away.
12
It is not in heaven, that you could say, ‘Who will go up to heaven for us and get it for us, and proclaim it to us, so that we may follow it?’
King James Version
Chapter 30
10
If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law,
and
if thou turn unto the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.
11
For this commandment which I command thee this day, it
is
not hidden from thee, neither
is
it far off.
12
It
is
not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
Christian Standard Bible

12
It is not in heaven so that you have to ask, 'Who will go up to heaven, get it for us, and proclaim it to us so that we may follow it? '
New Living Translation

12
It is not kept in heaven, so distant that you must ask, ‘Who will go up to heaven and bring it down so we can hear it and obey?’
