Chapter 35
2He appointed the priests to their offices and encouraged them in the service of the house of the Lord. 3He also said to the Levites who taught all Israel and who were holy to the Lord, 'Put the holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel built; it will not be a burden on your shoulders. 2Josiah also assigned the priests to their duties and encouraged them in their work at the Temple of the Lord. 3He issued this order to the Levites, who were to teach all Israel and who had been set apart to serve the Lord: 'Put the holy Ark in the Temple that was built by Solomon son of David, the king of Israel.
