1 John 4:10-13
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 4
10In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God remains in us, and His love is perfected in us. 13By this we know that we remain in Him and He in us, because He has given to us of His Spirit.King James Version
Chapter 4
10Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. 12No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. 13Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.Christian Standard Bible
Chapter 4
10Love consists in this: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins. 11Dear friends, if God loved us in this way, we also must love one another. 12No one has ever seen God. If we love one another, God remains in us and his love is made complete in us. 13This is how we know that we remain in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.New Living Translation
