Then Solomon sat on the throne of the
Lord
as king instead of his father David; and he prospered, and all Israel obeyed him.

And all the officials, the mighty men, and also all the sons of King David pledged allegiance to King Solomon.

Then Solomon sat on the throne of the LORD as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him.

And all the princes, and the mighty men, and all the sons likewise of king David, submitted themselves unto Solomon the king.

Solomon sat on the Lord's throne as king in place of his father David. He prospered, and all Israel obeyed him.

All the leaders and the mighty men, and all of King David's sons as well, pledged their allegiance to King Solomon.

in place of his father, David, and he succeeded in everything, and all Israel obeyed him.
