Then say, 'Save us, God of our salvation,
And gather us and save us from the nations,
To give thanks to Your holy name,
And glory in Your praise.'
36
Blessed be the
Lord
, the God of Israel,
From everlasting to everlasting!
Then all the people said, 'Amen,' and praised the
Lord
.
37
So he left Asaph and his relatives there before the ark of the covenant of the
Lord
, to minister before the ark continually, as every day’s work required,
38
and Obed-edom with his sixty-eight relatives; Obed-edom, the son of Jeduthun, and Hosah as gatekeepers.

And say ye, Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us together, and deliver us from the heathen, that we may give thanks to thy holy name,

glory in thy praise.

Blessed
be
the LORD God of Israel for ever and ever. And all the people said, Amen, and praised the LORD.

So he left there before the ark of the covenant of the LORD Asaph and his brethren, to minister before the ark continually, as every day's work required:

And Obededom with their brethren, threescore and eight; Obededom also the son of Jeduthun and Hosah

So David left Asaph and his relatives there before the ark of the Lord's covenant to minister regularly before the ark according to the daily requirements.

He assigned Obed-edom and his sixty-eight relatives. Obed-edom son of Jeduthun and Hosah were to be gatekeepers.

Cry out, 'Save us, O God of our salvation!
Gather and rescue us from among the nations,
so we can thank your holy name
and rejoice and praise you.'

Lord
, the God of Israel,

Lord

David arranged for Asaph and his fellow Levites to serve regularly before the Ark of the
Lord
’s Covenant, doing whatever needed to be done each day.
38
This group included Obed-edom (son of Jeduthun), Hosah, and sixty-eight other Levites as gatekeepers.

David left Asaph and his associates before the ark of the covenant of the LORD to minister there regularly, according to each day's requirements.
